Munibilling is pleased to welcome Rick Jamison to the role of Chief Information Officer.
As CIO, Rick will lead the orchestration of continuous improvement initiatives across every facet of the MuniBilling organization. Rick’s leadership will help MuniBilling maximize our technology investments and deliver ever-greater levels of value to our clients.
Rick Jamison is a highly regarded, dynamic executive with experience connecting business and technology to develop innovative solutions. Recognized for his collaboration and teambuilding skills, expert negotiation techniques and human-centered approach to relationship building, Rick is a well-respected problem solver and leader.
Rick joins us from the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro. He was with the organization for over twenty years and worked most recently as the Global Director for Digital Products and Transformation. As Global Director, Rick was responsible for digital initiatives to optimize both existing core business and drive new revenue. Rick oversaw the integration of software development, assessed digital opportunities and utilized his negotiation skills to create synergy across the enterprise. His results exceeded expectations through concept, design and delivery of cutting-edge experiences
Prior to Global Director, Rick served as Director of Application Development for 16 years, where he was responsible for managing 40+ employees and initiating an enterprise-wide global technology strategy that encompassed security, cloud application development, collaboration and staffing. As Director of Application, Rick established a project management office, progressed the evolution of security plans to meet data privacy standards and implemented an evolving three-year roadmap across platforms.
Rick is a digital visionary with outstanding business skills. His emphasis on relationship building and offering outstanding customer service will be an asset to the entire Munibilling team. We are confident his skills transforming strategic business needs into technological solutions will achieve remarkable results.
